The Haruspic Sphere is a political system created by the Haruspii.
There are eleven factions within the Sphere, three of whom are considered "The Sphere's heart" : the Damarii Tyranny, the Ÿgemonÿ and the Formicals.
The Haruspii exert a soft power over the Sphere by granting regular rejuvenations to the ruling classes of the factions following their commands.
Their primary demand is that the factions remain at peace with each other.
